TheEagle Has Landed

After a very smooth flight on a half empty jumbo - Anjo the Banjo emerged from LAX looking as fresh as a dandelion!

For those who are wondering who the heck Anjo is - No, she is not a relative named Ann Jones, No, she doesn't play the banjo (she can hardly manage to play the CD player!) She is my SISTER! Her name is Angela and she is here to help me with Mr. Indi and also provide moral support for when I go out on the town! To the supermarket, that is! Although we may have to nip in the local and see if their G&T's are as good as those in her local!

I might not have much time to blog - but will keep you all updated on his Lordship.

He has been in and out of the wheelchair a couple of times over the past few days and is getting a little stronger each day. The therapist is pleased with his progress.

No picture today - will post 2 tomorrow!

Glad the Banjo has landed ...

ANJO ... (let her read this please !) ... ANJO ... put your feet up, girl ... plenty of rest in the sun; you'll need about two weeks to get over the jet lag before you can do anything useful ... what's that ? Speak up ??

Oh ? You're going home in two weeks ? Ah well, you'll have got your strength back by then ready for the long flight home !

And Here I was thinking Anjo was a male who was coming to visit to play the banjo for you and mr. indi for a cheer up!!

Anjo take good care of them both and thank goodness Indi has someone
to hold her hand and kiss her cheek and wipe away the tears...
